Our History
White Mountain Operating began its journey in Sublette County, Wyoming, with the purchase of a small domestic water well operation and a single rig. In 2004, White Mountain Operating, LLC, was officially established, and before the year ended, we expanded our fleet to two rigs, setting the stage for our future success.
Today, we’ve grown into a company with 6 rigs, proudly serving over 50 clients across the Rocky Mountain Region. Our team of 35+ dedicated professionals has safely drilled over 7,000,000 feet through our Auger and Rotary Divisions. Supported by our in-house transportation and logistics fleet, mobile mechanics, and a full-service CNC machine shop, we’re equipped to handle multi-state operations with the same commitment to excellence that started it all.
